The Franchise Agreement grants you the right to operate a franchise at a single location that you select within the area that was approved by us (“Assigned Area”). Attachment A to the Franchise Agreement lists the specific street address of the accepted location. You must operate the franchise only at this accepted location and may not relocate the franchise without first obtaining our written consent.

assistance. Pre-Opening Obligations: Before the opening of a Franchise we will provide the following assistance and services: 1. Our written site selection guidelines and the site selection assistance we deem advisable. (Franchise Agreement, Section 5.1(a)). We will designate your franchise area. (Franchise Agreement, Section 1.3; Development Agreement, Section 1.1). 2. On-site evaluations as we deem necessary or in response to your reasonable request for site approval.
