Under the Franchise Agreement, you have the right to establish and operate one Adam & Eve outlet within a territory that will be defined after the location of your Franchised Business is identified and approved by us (the “Territory”). You are required to find and obtain possession of a specific location for your Franchised Business that meets our then-current site selection criteria and our approval.

Within 90 days of signing the Franchise Agreement, you must submit a written request for approval to us describing the proposed location and providing other information about the site that we reasonably request.
