Territory
Your right to operate a Studio Pilates International studio pursuant to a Franchise Agreement is limited to the location set forth in the franchise agreement. Your site may not be changed without our written approval and compliance with our relocation procedures, and you may not operate out of any site other than the approved site without our written approval. All sales must be made from the approved site.
