If a Premises for your Studio has been designated at the time that you sign the Franchise Agreement, that Premises will be identified in the Franchise Agreement. If a Premises has not been designated at the time you sign the Franchise Agreement, you will select the site from within the Site Selection Area that we identify in Exhibit 1 to your Franchise Agreement. We have the right to move or modify the Site Selection Area during the Site Approval Period.

We will provide you with mandatory and suggested specifications and layouts for a MiniLuxe Studio, including requirements for dimensions, design, image, interior layout, décor, fixtures, equipment, signs, furnishings, and color scheme.
