When the Franchise Agreement is signed, you will select a general geographic area in which you intend to operate your Club (“Preliminary Designated Area”). We generally will approve your selection unless we determine, in our sole judgment, that it may negatively affect the interest of another SNAP FITNESS franchisee or is otherwise unavailable for development under our current policies. Your Preliminary Designated Area will be identified on the Summary Pages of the Franchise Agreement.
