You will receive an exclusive territory (“Territory”) within a defined area surrounding your Outlet based on population density (typically varying from one-quarter mile in densely populated urban areas to two miles in rural areas) as determined by us and as specified in Exhibit 1 to your Franchise Agreement.

Our Pre-Opening Obligations Before you open your business, we will: (1) Provide you with initial training and orientation in the BODYROK system and how to operate the Outlet (see section 6.1 of the Franchise Agreement and the Training Program described below in this Item 11). You must successfully complete initial training to our satisfaction before you can open your Outlet.
