Territory
You will receive a territory within a defined area surrounding your Outlet as we determine from the U.S. Census report or other reliable demographers (“Territory”). The minimum territory 27 RAKKAN Ramen FDD – March 23, 2026 granted to you is a population of 50,000 in the Territory. You are required to locate a site for your Outlet that is acceptable to us. The definition of the Territory will be made with your consent and specified in your Franchise Agreement.

assistance. Pre-Opening Obligations Before you open your RAKKAN Ramen Business, we (or our designee) will provide the following assistance and services to you: (1) Designate your Territory (See Sections 4.3 and 7.2 of the Franchise Agreement); (2) Loan you one (1) copy of the Confidential Operations Manual. The Confidential Operations Manual contains approximately 100 pages.
