Each franchise is granted for a specific PETSMART® store that we approve. You must operate the Hospital only at the approved location. You may not relocate the Hospital without our prior written approval to relocate. In general, we will not approve relocation unless the store lease expires or PetSmart decides to close the store in which you are currently operating the Hospital. You may relocate only to another available PETSMART® store. You do not receive an exclusive territory.
