You will not receive an exclusive territory. You may face competition from other franchisees, from outlets that we own, or from other channels of distribution or competitive brands that we control. You will be permitted to operate your Fixed Center at the Premises described in the Franchise Agreement. You may not relocate your Fixed Center to another location without our prior written approval.

assistance. Pre-Opening Obligations Before the My Gym Business opens, we will provide you with the following assistance and service: 1. If you do not already have a site for the Fixed Center when you sign the Franchise Agreement, we will grant you a Reserved Area as described in Exhibit A of the Franchise Agreement, within which you will obtain a location for the Fixed Center.
