Franchise Agreement You will operate the Studio at a location that we have accepted, and may relocate the Studio only with our prior written consent. We will consent to relocation if your lease expires or terminates through no fault of yours, or if the Studio premises is destroyed or materially damaged by fire, flood, or other natural catastrophe, and you are not in default of the Franchise Agreement or any other agreement with us or our affiliates.

We will approve the Site Selection Area in which you may locate your Studio before you sign the Franchise Agreement, and we will approve or refuse to approve the specific Studio site within 30 days of receiving all requested information.
