Training
Up to 13 days (69 hours classroom, 7 hours on-the-job) at Meineke University in Charlotte, NC or virtually, covering business systems and shop operations. Initial training is free for franchisee and one other person. Ongoing training includes free internet courses, field training, and individual instruction from Franchise Business Consultants.
Territory
A 2-mile radius Protected Area around the Center; no other franchise will be granted within this zone. Right of first refusal for any new Center within a 3-mile radius (requires 3-Star Dealer status). Under a Development Agreement (minimum 4 units), territory is by county but non-exclusive unless Limited Exclusivity Addendum is signed (5+ units).
