Training
Initial training includes approximately 5 days of classroom at the Franchise Support Center in Scottsdale, AZ (brand promise, business management, team leadership) plus approximately 10 days of hands-on onsite training at the franchisee's location on POS, reporting, and operations. Current franchisees receive a reduced 5-day onsite program. Up to 5 days of refresher courses and 3 days at annual convention may be required yearly.
Territory
Territory is defined approximately 30 days after opening based on population density, qualified households (minimum 7,500 with $75K+ income), core customer counts, and traffic flow. NOT exclusive, franchisor may acquire competing businesses, operate Captive Venues (hotels, airports, stadiums), and sell through Alternative Channels. Minimum $500,000 Gross Sales required in any 12-month period or face termination.
Support
Pre-opening: site review, territory approval, development management, construction oversight, architectural plans, 245-page operations manual, and grand opening marketing guidance. Post-opening: up to 10 days of on-site opening advice, periodic operational advising, System Standards updates, National Advertising Fund (2% of Gross Sales), and the P4 Technology suite (Meevo POS, managed internet, network security).
