Training
F45 requires a 5-day Induction Seminar in Austin, TX ($1,500 for two attendees) plus a concurrent 4-day Head Trainer induction ($600 fee), totaling 110 hours of classroom and 10 hours on-the-job covering operations, setup, and trainer certification. An online program must be completed within 30 days, and franchisees must maintain at least three certified trainers.
Territory
Franchisees receive a Protected Area (generally at least 15,000 population) where F45 will not authorize another studio during the term.
