You will receive a “Protected Territory,” which generally will consist of a population containing approximately 50,000 people, as we determine. During the term of the Franchise Agreement, if you are complying with the provisions of the Franchise Agreement, we will not establish any other franchised or company-owned Discover Strength™ businesses in the Protected Territory. You will not receive an exclusive territory.

assistance. Pre-Opening Assistance. Before you open your Studio, we will: (1) Provide reasonable consulting services in your evaluation and selection of a site for the Studio and consent to the Studio site if it meets our minimum standards (Franchise Agreement – Section 7(A) and Exhibit B).
