Your Location Your franchise is for a specific location. If the specific location is not known at the time you sign a franchise agreement, then your location is subject to our approval. You must operate your franchise only at the premises. During the term of the Franchise Agreement, we will not operate, nor grant the right to any other party to operate, a Bodenvy unit at any location within the “Protected Territory” as designated in your Franchise Agreement.

If you sign a Multi-Unit Development Agreement, we will approve the location of future sites and territories for those sites, and our then-current standards for sites and territories will apply. We are not obligated to further assist you in locating a site or negotiating the purchase or lease of the site.
