Under the Franchise Agreement, you have the right to establish and operate 1 Xtension Envy outlet within a territory that will be defined after the site of your Franchised Business is identified and accepted by us (the “Territory”). You are required to find and obtain possession of a specific site for your Franchised Business in a non-exclusive site search area that meets our site selection criteria and our approval.

assistance. 1. Pre-Opening Obligations Before you open your Franchised Business, we will: a. provide you with site selection guidelines and accept or reject a location for your Franchised Business. You must identify a site that is acceptable to us within 90 days after you sign the Franchise Agreement.
