Location of Your Center Each Franchise Agreement grants you the right to operate one Center from the site we approve. You must identify a site for your Center within the Site Selection Area described in your Franchise Agreement. We must also approve the site of any Satellite Office you develop. You may relocate your Center with our prior written approval, which we will not unreasonably withhold.

Evaluate sites you propose for your Center, as discussed below under “Site Selection”. (§7.1 & 7.5) 4.
