We review site proposals you submit to us and approve, reject or provide comments to you regarding each proposal. We do not own locations and lease them to franchisees. But we may assign our own lease of a location to you or sublease the space to you. We review the proposed lease to be sure that it allows us certain rights in the event of your default.
