Territory
Franchisees receive a protected territory defined by ZIP Codes containing minimum 50,000 households. Boundaries remain fixed regardless of population changes. The franchisor will not establish another Two Maids franchise within the territory but reserves rights to sell commercial cleaning anywhere and residential cleaning under different trademarks.

Ongoing support includes a Local Advertising Start-Up Program for the first 6 months ($3,000/month), an electronic portal with the Manual and marketing collateral, telephone/email/on-site advisory, refresher training at cost, and optional Convention attendance.
