Franchise Agreement You will not receive an exclusive territory under the single unit franchise agreement. You may face competition from other franchisees, from outlets that we own, or from other channels of distribution or competitive brands that we control. We do grant you a territory within which we will not establish another TKK Fried Chicken restaurant, whether franchised or company-owned.

assistance. Before Opening Before you open your franchised business, we will provide the following assistance: 1. We review site proposals you submit to us and approve, reject or provide comments to you regarding each proposal. We do not own locations and lease them to franchisees. But we may assign our own lease of a location to you or sublease the space to you. We review the proposed lease to be sure that it allows us certain rights in the event of your default.
