The Franchise Agreement grants you the right to operate a SuperGlass Franchise of the type designated and only at and from the Approved Location. You must operate from an Approved Location, subject to our approval. You may not relocate the Franchise without our prior, written approval. We will grant approval if you are in compliance with the Franchise Agreement, you have paid all amounts owed to us and any affiliates (if applicable), and the proposed location meets our site selection criteria.
