The territory will be for a specific geographic region that we define and approve by radius, zip codes, natural, or political boundaries as set forth in the Franchise Agreement. The minimum territory is based on a population of 2,500 to 3,000 children, ages five to 19 and at least four schools. We will determine the exact area of the Exclusive Territory, depending on your market.
