You will receive a “Protected Territory,” which will generally consist of a population containing approximately 100,000 people. During the term of the Franchise Agreement, if you are complying with the provisions of the Franchise Agreement, we will not establish any other franchised or company-owned stayfull® businesses in the Protected Territory. You will not receive an exclusive territory.

assistance. Pre-Opening Assistance. Before you open your Business, we will: (1) Provide reasonable consulting services in your evaluation and selection of a territory for the Business and consent to the Business site if it meets our minimum standards (Franchise Agreement – Section 7(A) and Exhibit B). (2) Provide you with specifications for your Business, reflecting our requirements for equipment and signs (Franchise Agreement – Section 6).
