Training
SERVPRO requires a 5-step Franchise Development Integration Program spanning 6+ months: OJT at an approved franchise (3-5 days), virtual consultation, a 12-day New Franchise Training Program at HQ in Gallatin, TN (96.5 classroom + 16 OJT hours covering IICRC certifications, production, software, and sales), business set-up consultation, and at least 3 on-site meetings within the first 6 months.
Territory
SERVPRO grants a non-exclusive Operating Territory generally containing 50,000-80,000 population, with additional territory available at $1,110 per 1,000 population. The territory is not exclusive, the franchisor may license others under different trademarks within the territory, and territories may overlap.
Support
A Franchise Business Consultant conducts at least 3-6 on-site or virtual visits, reviews job files and financials. The franchisor offers an annual convention, refresher training, National/Select/Commercial Accounts programs with insurance-company referrals, a Customer Care Center for lead dispatch, and a Brand Fund (3% of gross volume) funding national TV and digital advertising.
