Each Franchised Business will be operated from a location that we must first approve (the “Authorized Location”) on or before the anniversary or your signed Franchise Agreement. You may not relocate the Franchised Business from the Authorized Location without our prior written consent through an Authorized Location Amendment signed by you and us for that location and you have obtained the right to occupy the premises.

assistance. Pre-Opening Assistance Before you open the Franchised Business, we: (1) Will provide to you the training programs that we designate. Our training programs will be conducted in the English language. You will be responsible for the cost of instruction and materials for your Agency Principal or Manager. (Franchise Agreement, Sections 3.1 and 6.2) (2) May provide our standards and specifications for the furnishings, equipment, and signs of a SelectQuote Local Business.
