Assist in identifying a location at our discretion. It is your sole responsibility to select a site and secure the location for your Franchised Business. (Franchise Agreement, Section 3(D)) 3. We may provide to you, at cost plus a reasonable mark-up, construction and installation services to complete the site for your Franchised Business.
