We will grant you a protected territory (“the Protected Territory”). We will define the Protected Territory in an addendum to Franchise Agreement after you select, and we approve the site of your Redline Performance Center.

assistance. Obligations-Redline Performance Centers: Before you open your Redline Performance Center for business, we or our designee will: 1. Review and approve or disapprove the proposed site for your Redline Performance Center within the development area specified in your Franchise Agreement or an addendum to your Franchise Agreement (“Development Area”).
