Under the Franchise Agreement, you have the right to establish and operate one Poke Bowl United outlet within a territory that will be defined after the location of your Poke Bowl United outlet is identified and approved by us (the “Territory”). You are required to find and obtain possession of a specific location for your Franchised Business that meets our site selection criteria and our approval.

Within 60 days of signing the Franchise Agreement, you must submit a written request for approval to us describing the proposed location and providing other information about the site that we reasonably request. We will respond within 30 days, either accepting or rejecting the proposed location.
