Training
Training, you comply with the refund conditions in the Franchise Agreement, and the parties have signed a termination agreement that will include mutual releases. Under these circumstances, we will refund your Initial Franchise Fee, less $10,000 plus the out-of-pocket expenses (estimated to be between $2,000-$4,000) that we incurred in performing our obligations under the Franchise Agreement (including costs associated with training and the leasing and development of your Manchu WOK® Restaurant)
