Item 12. We may terminate and/or reduce your designated development area, if you violate your Multi-Unit Development Agreement (including failing to comply with the development scheduled specified therein) and/or violate any other agreements between you and your affiliates and us and our affiliates. Otherwise, continuation of the protections in your development area do not depend on your achieving a certain sales volume, market penetration, or other contingency.
