assistance. Pre-Opening Assistance. Before you open your Restaurant, we will: (1) Provide reasonable consulting services in your evaluation and selection of a site for the Restaurant and consent to the Restaurant site (Franchise Agreement – Section 7(A) and Exhibit B).
