You will not receive an exclusive territory. You may face competition from other franchisees, from outlets that we own, or from other channels of distribution or competitive brands that we own or control. We will license you and offer you the right to provide services under your Agreement in a specific, non-exclusive, geographical territory that will be designated in the Franchise Agreement as one or more counties in the State of Wisconsin.
