You will not receive an exclusive territory. You may face competition from other franchisees, from outlets that we own, or from other channels of distribution or competitive brands that we control. The granting of a protected territory (a “Territory”) in the Franchise Agreement is subject to negotiation between parties.

assistance. Pre-opening Obligations: Before you open your Restaurant, we will: 1. Evaluate the proposed Site for your Restaurant (see Section 4(C) of the Franchise Agreement). We do not select or approve the Site for your Restaurant. However, we will evaluate the proposed Site for your Restaurant and, if we don’t object to the Site, we will issue a noobjection letter within 30 days after our receipt of the Site Information.
