We will designate the Territory within which you will perform Franchised Services. We will determine the Territory in our sole discretion based on population, number of single-family households, household income, geographic boundary, and market potential. We use the current United States Census Bureau figures (or other source we decide to use). Your Territory will be listed as Exhibit A-1 to your Franchise Agreement. You will not receive an exclusive Territory.

assistance. Pre-Opening Assistance. Before you open your Franchised Business, we will: 1. Territory. Grant you a nonexclusive license to a Territory and approve an Office location within the Territory. (Franchise Agreement, Article I.A, I.B.2, and IV.A.1.) 2. Approved Suppliers. Provide designated sources from which to purchase your initial equipment and supplies for your Franchised Business. (Franchise Agreement, Article IV.A.2) 3. Initial Training.
