Your Location Under the Franchise Agreement, we will grant to you the right to develop and operate one Clinic Location Franchise at a specific Clinic Location. If the location is not known at the time you sign a Franchise Agreement, then your Clinic Location is subject to our approval. Grant of Territory Once you identify a site that we approve for your Clinic Location we will designate an area around your site as your designated territory (the “Designated Territory”).

Franchise Agreement Designated Territory – Once you secure a Clinic Location that we approve, we will define the Designated Territory for your Clinic Location Franchise and include the geographic 24 Federal Injury Centers.
