You will not receive an exclusive territory. You may face competition from other franchisees, from Outlets that we own, or from other channels of distribution or competitive brands that we control. Additionally, The Multi Site Development Agreement is not exclusive.

assistance. Pre-Opening Assistance Before you open your Outlet, we will: Designate your Development Area (Multi-Site Development Agreement, Section 3.1 and Exhibit A). Within 30 days of you sending us a complete premises report containing all information that we require (including the proposed lease or purchase contract and any loan documents), we will review the report and approve or reject the premises you propose for the operation of your GDK Outlets.
