If you are operating a Fixed Poperating Unit, you may operate at any location that has been approved in writing by us. Once a site is selected by you and approved by us for one or more Fixed Poperating Units, you may not relocate or remove the Fixed Poperating Units without our prior written approval, which approval will typically be granted as long as the relocation will not be detrimental to other franchisees of ours or to us as determined in our discretion.
