You are given the right to operate a BREADSMITH business in an area we will designate. You will have the right to open one store in that area. In some cases, we will identify this location at the time you sign your Franchise Agreement. In most cases, we will only designate a nonexclusive search area in which you may locate your store, but the actual site will not be determined until after you sign the Franchise Agreement.

(b) Provide to you a sample layout for the interior of a BREADSMITH bakery in AutoCAD format and the core specifications, and consult with you, if you request, on the construction and equipping of your bakery (Franchise Agreement -Section V.B).
