Training Center Your Training Center will receive a “Protected Territory” that will have an Athlete Density of no less than 6,000 Potential Athletes and no more than 10,000 Potential Athletes. “Potential Athletes” means 30% of all Middle School, Junior High, and High School students enrolled in schools within the Protected Territory.
