You will operate the Franchised Business at a specific location that we first must approve, as described in Item 11. You will be granted a protected area (“Territory”) in which your Franchised Business must be located. Your specific office location must be situated more than 1 mile from any of the border of your Territory. The Territory will be based upon population of a minimum of 500,000 people.

assistance. Pre-Opening Obligations Before you open the Franchised Business, we will: 1. Review and, if it meets our criteria, approve the site you propose to use for your Franchised Business and identify your specific territory. You must provide us with the information we need to evaluate the site within 30 days after you sign the Franchise Agreement.
