We grant exclusive territories, and in major metropolitan statistical areas, these will typically contain about 200,000 to 220,000 in population. We reserve the right to award territories with a smaller total population if at least 18% of the general population is 65 and older, plus we reserve the right to charge a larger initial franchise fee if you want a territory with more people or people over 65 years of age.
