We will grant you a geographic territory (“Territory”) which is described in Addendum B to the Franchise Agreement. Provided you are in good standing with us, we will not locate, open a competitive business under the Marks and using the System in your Territory, either company-owned, affiliate owned or franchised, during the term of the Agreement.
