Training
. Both you and a Manager or Managers must attend training. If a Manager resigns or is otherwise terminated from your employment, we must approve the replacement, and the replacement must be trained pursuant to our then-current standards. We plan to conduct the training program as needed. It is currently conducted at, our corporate office in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, or at a location we designate. The length of training is generally forty (40) hours, over a five (5) day period.
Territory
You will be granted a Territory in which to operate the Franchised Business under the Franchise Agreement. Your Territory is based on demographics and other characteristics including population density, home values, average income and other characteristics of the surrounding area, natural boundaries, extent of competition and the amount and size of urban, suburban and rural areas. Each Territory is approximately 300,000 people in the designated geographical location (“Territory”).
